Shipping + Returns
At Refreshed, we want you to be pleased with your purchase and understand our terms and conditions. Please read the following information regarding payments, shipping and returns. Should you have any other queries please contact us.
We accept all major credit and debit card payments via Stripe. You do not need a Stripe account to do this. Goods will be shipped once full payment is received.
New Zealand shipping:
We aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 business days. We use either Pass the Parcel Couriers or New Zealand Post. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery within New Zealand. We recommend shipping to your work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your order as we cannot take responsibility for any item that goes missing after delivery.
Currently, we do not ship internationally, however, this will change before the end of October we will update this when our processes change.

For international orders, you will be responsible for any and all duties, customs and foreign transaction charges that may be incurred when the package arrives in your country. Please contact your local customs authorities for further information on your country’s taxes and duties.
If received items do not meet your expectations, we are happy to refund or exchange as long as items are in, unused condition and you contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
